    Experience in U.S. Immigration Services

Dani, an immigrant himself brings direct leadership experience in the U.S. immigration sector through his role as Managing Partner and Chief Growth Officer of QX International, a U.S.-based immigration and staffing company.

At QX International, Dani led the organization’s business operations, strategic growth, marketing, and client acquisition. He worked closely with immigration attorneys, case teams, and clients to scale service delivery pipelines and optimize the firm’s processes for both immigration petitions and staffing pathways.

Under his leadership, QX International experienced significant growth and operational improvements until its eventual dissolution due to the passing of his business partner, who also served as the firm’s immigration attorney.

This experience provided Dani with a deep, practical understanding of U.S. immigration workflows, client management, operational compliance, recruitment pipelines, and the business mechanics behind immigration firms—expertise he now integrates into his consulting, business development work, and partnerships with immigration law practices.

A Philosophy Shaped by Nature’s Greatest Teachers

Since childhood, Dani has found profound inspiration in one of nature’s smallest yet most extraordinary creatures—the ant. His admiration evolved into the name of his holding company, Formicidae Holdings.

To Dani, ants embody grit, discipline, unity, resilience, focus, and unwavering persistence. They move with purpose. They work as a team. They do not retreat in the face of obstacles. These values form the foundation of his leadership style and business philosophy.

PROFESSIONAL JOURNEY: A CAREER BUILT ON ADVOCACY, LEADERSHIP & IMPACT

Before founding US Journey Immigration Services, Atty. Gonzalez built a rich legal career rooted in advocacy, community service, and hands-on immigration representation.

Her professional path began with prestigious legal clerkships and internships, including the United States District Court for the District of Utah and the Utah State Bar Office of Attorney Discipline, where she drafted judicial recommendations, prepared legal memoranda, assisted in civil and criminal litigation, and gained exposure to high-level legal systems.

In her early practice, she worked with respected firms such as Paul Barton, Estate Planning Attorney, David Paul White & Associates, and Olson Associates, P.C., where she strengthened her skills in trial work, appellate practice, estate planning, civil litigation, and legal research. This foundation would later support her transition into full-time immigration work.

Atty Gonzalez’ passion for immigrant rights became unmistakable during her years at the Multi-Cultural Legal Center. Beginning as a Staff Attorney and later serving as Executive Director, she provided direct legal services in both civil rights and immigration law. She supervised staff and volunteers, collaborated with private attorneys and nonprofit organizations, and led community legal education efforts. She represented claimants in discrimination and wage disputes and contributed legal insights to state legislative discussions on issues affecting minority communities—including hate crimes, racial profiling, and redistricting.

In 2002, she launched her own practice, the Law Office of Marlene F. Gonzalez, where for over 15 years she represented clients in family-based immigration, naturalization, removal defense, VAWA, U Visas, and humanitarian relief. She became known for hosting Know Your Rights seminars, partnering with community organizations, schools, and churches to provide legal education and support.

She later joined Pearson Butler, PLLC, one of Utah’s leading law firms, where she expanded her practice to include employment-based petitions, investor visas (E-2 and EB-5), student visas, family petitions, and complex humanitarian cases. Her work with investors and entrepreneurs strengthened her expertise in the intersection of business and immigration law.

In 2022, she founded US Journey Immigration Services, a firm built on empathy, cultural understanding, and personalized care. Today, she leads a multicultural, multilingual team serving clients in English, Spanish, Portuguese, and Tagalog, ensuring that immigration support remains accessible and welcoming to all.
