Expert guidance for seeking asylum in the United States. We simplify the process, so you can focus on securing safety and building a new life.
In order to qualify for asylum, you must be able to demonstrate that you are unable to return home because of persecution or fear of persecution on account of race, religion, and nationality, membership in a particular social group or political opinion. In addition, you must demonstrate that your home country is unwilling or unable to protect you from this persecution. If granted asylum in the United States, you will have a renewable work permit. Asylum is not amnesty and does not provide a path to citizenship.
